  • Exclusions: Items showing signs of wear, modification, or damage not caused by shipping are not eligible for return.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, ZingSaws covers the return shipping cost.

  • Customer Responsibility: For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed for the same item or an item of equal value, subject to availability.

  • Out of Stock: If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a full refund or a different item of equal value.

  • Exchange Fees: If the exchange is due to our error, we cover shipping both ways. For personal preference exchanges, the customer pays for shipping.

4. Packaging & Tracking Requirements

  • Packaging: Use original packaging whenever possible. If unavailable, use a sturdy box with protective materials. Secure any loose components and remove old shipping labels.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please keep your tracking information until your refund or exchange is fully processed.

5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

  • Shipping Refunds: If the return is due to damage or authenticity issues, we will also refund the original shipping cost.
